At Esther's Luxury, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair products and wigs that have been worn, installed, customized, colored, or altered
  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (when applicable)

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • We shipped the wrong item

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment begins, orders cannot be canceled.


Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to working with customers to find a fair resolution.
